Stopped by mainly out of curiosity about the science park itself - decent build quality for the price point compared to older communities. Still feels like it's filling in, with a fair amount of construction ongoing nearby.

My wife and I are working in business bay and jebel ali, Montrose’s location is perfect for both. The staff is very nice, the material and the apartment’s layout is perfect. The pool and the gym are amazing !
