My wife and I are working in business bay and jebel ali, Montrose’s location is perfect for both. The staff is very nice, the material and the apartment’s layout is perfect. The pool and the gym are amazing !

Raw sewage, false fire alarms that security cannot switch off at 3am, terrible smells like blocked drains. Shocking lack of concern for safety and well-being from the developer and management company Deyaar. One year of unbelievable stress and lack of sleep with no support or concern for our living condition.
