This is genuinely an incredible building. I’ve seen a lot of developments across Dubai, but the amenities here really stand out. You’ve got a **coffee shop inside the building, games room, 2 majlis areas, swimming pools, padel court, lazy river, BBQ area, fully equipped gym, sauna & steam room, kids’ play area** and plenty more. But it’s not just the amenities — the build quality, finishing and furniture are also really impressive. Genuinely in love with this building. 👌🏽🏡

My wife and I are working in business bay and jebel ali, Montrose’s location is perfect for both. The staff is very nice, the material and the apartment’s layout is perfect. The pool and the gym are amazing !
