Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio, including the fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and all the amenities within. during their stay, guests can also take advantage of our complimentary parking area present in the premises. Our on-site gym and swimming pool facilities are available for guests seeking a workout or a refreshing swim.

1. Check-In and Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and well do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

2. Smoking Policy: We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the private balcony.

3. Pet-Friendly: Were sorry, we do not allow pets in our apartment. Please reach out if you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this policy.

9: Keys and Access Cards: Apartment keys and access cards are essential items provided to you. Please ensure their proper care. If any key or access card is lost, promptly report it to the management. The fee for a lost access card is 500 AED, and the fee for a lost key is 300 AED.
