I have been living in this building for 2 years. 2 years ago Damac began construction of a Community center. Construction has not yet been completed. For electricity, Damac uses noisy generators that operate around the clock. Damac ignores all complaints. Therefore, if you are looking for a quiet place to live, then this building is not your choice.
