Arada Developments LLC is a private property development company in the UAE that initially focused on Sharjah. In 2017, the company was founded by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of Basma Group, and Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud, chairman of KBW Investments.
Arada has launched three master-planned communities worth AED 33 billion, making it the biggest developer in Sharjah. In 2022, they launched their first project in Dubai, Jouri Hills, and have since started working on other projects in Dubai such as Armani Beach Residence on Palm Jumeirah and W Residences at Dubai Harbour.
Aljada
This megaproject cost AED 35 billion to build and is Sharjah’s biggest mixed-use community, located in Muwaileh Commercial. It stretches over 24 million square metres and has over 25,000 residential units, a business park, and plenty of amenities and green spaces.
Masaar
Masaar was Arada’s highest-selling project in 2023, with properties sold at a value of AED 3.64 billion. Masaar is a luxurious forested community in Al Suyoh, Sharjah.
Nasma Residences
Launched in 2017, Nasma consists of 6 phases that all sold out. It’s a residential project located in Al Tay, Sharjah.
