It is a top-class community and highly recommended for renting or buying a home. The area is peaceful, safe, and family-friendly. It is also ideal for morning or evening walks, especially if you enjoy watching the sunset.

drove out there to see the lagoon after seeing it everywhere on instagram. its actually as blue as the photos. surprise for me tbh! still a lot of constcutions going on ground though

Visited on a weekend - the beach club and central lagoon really do stand out vs other MAF/Emaar communities. Still feels like a work-in-progress in the outer clusters, lots of active construction
