About Palm Jebel Ali
Palm Jebel Ali is a highly anticipated artificial archipelago in Dubai, United Arab Emirates developed by Nakheel Properties. Construction began in 2002 with plans of completion in 2008, but it was paused due to the global financial crisis at the time. In September 2022, Nakheel Properties announced plans to relaunch and rebrand the project, and as of January 2023, 95% of the construction has been completed.
The man-made island is planned to be 50% bigger than Palm Jumeirah and will be surrounded by a crescent shaped breakwater. Moreover, the island will feature residential areas, 6 marinas, a water theme park, and many other leisure facilities. One of the main highlights of Palm Jebel Ali is a boardwalk with pillars arranged to spell out an Arabic poem by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The residential properties in Palm Jebel Ali will include luxurious villas and apartments which will offer valuable investment opportunities, many of which will be water facing.
All in all, Palm Jebel Ali is a promising community that will feature a lavish waterfront lifestyle with a wide range of leisure facilities, adding to the growing number of attractions and investment opportunities in Dubai.
