Al Ghadeer 2
Not a great quality, buildings aren’t made properly ,when rains ,windows and walls are leaking ,old structure, cheap but price isn’t worth ,not enough parking
Al Ghadeer 2
I love our villa in Al Ghadeer, its spacious with a nice garden. Very comfortable and kids friendly facilities. Al Ghadeer is one of the greenest communities. Lots of parks with little play areas. Away from noisy cities and traffic pollution. For those who prefer suburb quite living.
Al Ghadeer 2
Great place for families, Montessori British nursery nearby, lots of well maintained pools (including children pools) and parks in the area. There is only one grocery store in the area (Wheatfields). The area is pretty isolated, you need to have a car to make Ghadeer work for you as taxis are hard to come by - especially during morning rush hour. Maintenance is poor, very slow response and sometimes the quality of the maintenance is also poor. The buildings themselves are okay-ish, you get what you pay for. Rent prices are relatively cheap compared to Dubai. While this location is technically in Abu Dhabi, it is closer to Dubai and is about 30 min drive to Dubai Marina. Overall I would recommend living here if you want a quiet life and don’t mind the long commutes.
Al Khaleej Village
Only 1 thing is missing in here . The proper maintenance, Khidmah is really bad in that in some circumstances. No visibility of what they are doing to maintain the appartment . Property management form khidma or provis is even worst
