Masdar City

Masdar City’s location is quite special for 2 main reasons; one is that it is in Abu Dhabi, one of the most vibrant places that attract people from all around the world.

The second reason is that Masdar City is located 5 minutes away from Abu Dhabi International Airport, which makes it easily accessible to international investors. Many people also visit Masdar City for tourism.

Masdar City, or Masdar Green City as some call it, has a unique location that makes it easy to reach many of Abu Dhabi’s most remarkable attractions.

Clean Energy Transportation

Eco Bus and Electric Shuttle Cars. Those little shuttles are totally efficient, clean, and amazing! Since Masdar City does not allow carbon in, these buses are their answer. The bus is made of aluminum, which is made from recycled materials, and all it needs is a battery charge.

Masdar City Fact: It plans to have a metro station as well.

Masdar Eco City aims at fulfilling all its residents’ needs so that they don’t have to leave it for basic needs.

One of the many wonderful things about Masdar City is that you can find all your grocery needs inside it. There are two major hypermarkets there that offer excellent quality products.

• Location: Masdar City main boulevard
• Hours: 9 am to 12 am

Abu Dhabi Masdar City’s clean energy project is all about a healthier life; health centers are definitely a necessity. The city is still building more services, but so far there is one medical center available in the Masdar City area.

Masdar City features many activities to do to maintain a healthy lifestyle mainly. Clean air, renewable energy, and an awesome place to live are what you will find there.

• Walking, Running, and Cycling. Al Mamsha is where you need to be to go running and/or cycling. Walking is acceptable, of course, too. Move your legs and work these muscles.

• Working Out and Sports. If you want more advanced workouts, go to any of the gyms available along Mamsha Trail there. You may also play a little Basketball or Soccer at the courts available along the Mamsha Trail.

• Chilling and Having a Picnic. You can enjoy a little break and grab a bite at Masdar Park, which is as big as 25,000 square meters! If you have children, there’s a playground available for them to play safely so you can enjoy some quiet. You can also have a picnic while you enjoy the cute tree lights that change colors as you touch them.

• Shopping at the Mall. Go pamper yourself a little, chill with your friends or family, and buy whatever you want. There are many retail stores available at Masdar City Center, Abu Dhabi.

City Center Masdar is the best place to go shopping in Masdar City. Whatever it is you are looking for is probably there!
