* Exclusive island, 24 units only. It is the islands of Sao Paolo and Uruguay combined.
* The island size is 1.2mln sq ft total.
* There are 4 villa types. Villa Avatea is the private island of its own and biggest. Two units of Villa Aria. Nine units Villa Aurora and 12 units of Villa Amorino.
* Villa Amorino has direct views of Burj Al Arab and Atlantis. The other villas all have clear unrestricted views of Burj Khalifa and entire Dubai Skyline.
* Every villa type has 2 different styles (Grande & Minima) for the client to choose from. The client also has 2 different interior style to pick from and customize. The client can also customize the villa and ask for more/less bedrooms instead of other rooms like study/gym etc.
* Ceiling heights are 5 meters to 10 meters.
* Villa Aurora, Aria and Avatea all have private berths infront of each villa to park their own boats upto 30 meters. Villa Amorino will have boat parking at the clubhouse.
* There will also be a marina to park yachts that are bigger.
* There is a floating helipad.
* In terms of amenities; there is a large 10k sq ft clubhouse that will have a private members club,
cigar lounge, gym, spa, grocery store, restaurant that has guest chefs, tepinyaki bar and large
pool.
* The island is also few min away from the MGM Casino announced in dubai.
* You can leave any port in dubai to go to the island (ie Marsa Dubai, Bvlgari, 3Fils port, Marina,
anywhere on canal...).
* The clubhouse will have a boat available for residents to use and residents are also welcome to
have their own.
