With complimentary access to a swimming pool and gym, you can unwind and stay active during your stay. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen for all your dining needs. The cozy bedroom provides a restful haven, while the comfortable bathroom adds to the overall comfort of your stay. The spacious open-plan living and dining area, complete with satellite TV, is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room allow plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the apartment. Equipped with high-quality amenities. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, there are easy access stores nearby!
Our charming 5 bedroom apartment is located on the 49th floor so the views are fantastic. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.
The apartment fits 11 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed;

There is two private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away as well as other useful shops.
As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
