The apartment is brand new and has all you need to soak up the Dubai lifestyle in true comfort.

- Check-in: 3pm onwards (Check-ins can be done throughout the night)
- Check-out: By 11am

SOFA BED:
NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please note that there is a deposit amount of 1000 AED refundable upon check-out subject to property inspection.
2- Check-in is at 03:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
3- A cleaning fee of 490 AED will be collected for cleaning before check-in
