Please take care of your cards and keys. Lost keys will incur a fine of AED 100. For the loss of a card, the fine starts from 350 AED.

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. The fine for smoking is AED 5,000 for odor removal, air duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
