There are lots and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is cool and chic and has all you need to soak up the Dubai lifestyle in true form.

- Check-in: 3pm onwards (As the building management does not allow self check in. Kindly provide me with your anticipated check-in time at least 24 hours in advance so I can have my assistant available at the time, especially if to you will arrive after 10 PM. Failure to do so will result delays in check in or postpone check-in for the next morning.)
- Check-out: By 11am
- Cots and hair chairs available

SOFA BED:
NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please note that there is a deposit amount of 1000 AED refundable upon check-out subject to property inspection.
2- Check-in is at 03:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
3- A cleaning fee of 620AED will be collected for cleaning before check-in
