You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

There is a parking slot for one car.
Other things to note
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

- Please note late check-in (after 6pm) needs extra charge AED.

-If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of AED 15 per night, which is not included in the price.

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs AED 140 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty AED 2500

Toursim Dirham tax is excluded from the price.
