Additional Information:
• Security Deposit: A security deposit of AED 2000/- is required, refundable at checkout.
• Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee of AED 750/- is applicable.
• Taxes: The above rates are excluding 5% VAT.
• Tourism Dirham Fee: AED 30/- per night is applicable for the first 30 days only.
• Standard Check-In/Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is
12:00 pm.
• Late Check-In Charges: Check-in post 6 pm until the next day morning at 9 am will attract an
additional charge of AED 250/-.
• Remote Check-In/Check-Out: Remote check-in and check-out are possible once full rental
payment and security deposit are received.
• Parking: For your convenience, one complimentary car parking spots are available in the
basement parking area for the duration of your stay.

o Additional Sleeping Area: A private room with a bunk bed that sleeps 2 adults, offering privacy

3 full bathrooms with modern fixtures, towels provided:
o The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom features a standing shower.
o The bathroom for the bunk room occupants also features a standing shower.
o The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, which also features a standing shower.
Plus, there is an additional powder room for extra convenience. A full range of toiletries is
provided for your comfort.
