Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Business Bay and literally 12 minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste. The views are glorious looking straight over the Dubai Canal and skyline.

Our charming 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 18th floor so the views are utterly fantastic. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, swimming pool, games room and cinema so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a open plan sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), the bed and dining table fold down to give as much space as possible when not needed. You'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee and enjoy the fantastic views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 6 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed;
Master bed - King bed with en-suite
Second Bedroom - Queen bed with en-suite
Third Bedroom - King bed

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is outside the front door as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 8 mins by drive.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
