**Established restaurant brand sought to take over existing operation

**As well as operate the restaurant for incoming customers, the restaurant operation will cater for guests’ breakfast, room service and other needs throughout the day. The operator will be permitted to use the upstairs section of the premises for private events and normal restaurant operation
**Operation will be permitted to obtain an alcohol license
**The operation will be permitted to set up a delivery operation - the location is perfect for tapping into local markets such as Al Hamra, Mina Al Arab and Marjan Island
