In testament to our commitment to your comfort, the room is decked out with cosily plush furnishings  ideal for relaxing after a day out exploring Dubais intriguing sights. With high-quality entertainment at your fingertips, including a TV and high-speed WiFi access, youre never short of recreation options.


A few steps away, the chic kitchenette offers all you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece. With a range of state-of-the-art appliances at your disposal, including a Nestle Nespresso Machine for your caffeine fix, cooking will become a pleasure rather than a task. Tucked away neatly is a refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave oven, and a range of other kitchen essentials.  


The sleeping area offers a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. 2. Smoking Policy: We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the private balcony. Please use the provided ashtray and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.


3. Pet-Friendly: Were sorry, we do not allow pets in our apartment. Please reach out if you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this policy.


4. Parking: Free parking is available for guests. If you plan to bring a vehicle, please inform us in advance so we can provide the necessary parking instructions.


5. Secure Building: The apartment is in a secure building with 24/7 security personnel and CCTV surveillance. You can rest assured that your safety and privacy are our top priorities.
