Remraam is a huge residential community development in Dubai Land, away from the lights and noise and into the desert of the emirate. It's still close enough to civilisation, being accessible from Emirates road and close to Mudon which is another master development on the rise in Dubai.
Remraam has a mixture of high rise and low rise apartment buildings with over 3000 different apartments to rent. There are studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for rent in Remraam which makes it ideal for families, couples and young professionals. Remraam has been built with families in mind as the apartments are set amongst lush landscapes with a range of communal sports facilities for all to enjoy. There’s pools, basketball courts, parks and gardens and a shopping centre with restaurants and cafes. The children's play areas are a huge drawcard for families who don’t want to venture too far to let their kids run free.
Apartments for rent in Remraam take on a mixture of Arabian and Mediterranean influences in their exterior design to make the most of the region’s weather and climate. Inside, they are clean, modern and well designed to cater for today’s very discerning resident. Top quality materials are used in all apartments and the fittings are of a very high standard, in keeping with master developer Dubai Properties’ vision of quality. Most Remraam apartments for rent are between 1000-2000 sq ft with studios coming in anywhere between 588sq ft to 1132 sq ft.The largest apartments in Remraam are the 3 bedroom type which can be up to 2714 sq ft. in size.
Whilst there aren’t any schools in the area, the major highways nearby make it easy to get to and from school and elsewhere in Dubai. It’s also not too far from the up and coming DWC (Al Maktoum International Airport) which will be handy for those who travel regularly. For anyone working in the Jebel Ali Free Zone area or surrounds, living in Remraam makes a great amount of sense as commute times will be much shorter than living further out.
Remraam is a freehold area so foreign nationals living in the UAE and abroad have used it as a means of investing and then leasing the apartment out. This means some may not be entirely knowledgeable on Dubai’s rental laws. So as a tenant it pays to understand how the rental increase calculator works in case you get sent a notice of a proposed rent increase. It also pays to get your EJARI registration as the EJARI certificate will be needed if you ever file a rental dispute against your landlord.
Remraam is an excellent place to settle down with the family as it is quiet and has all the main amenities within reach. More facilities will be developed to make Remraam that bit more attractive and since it still offers some of Dubai’s best value apartments in terms of price and size, demand is exceptionally high. If you’re keen on a more affordable apartment for rent in Dubai and don’t mind being a bit further from the action, consider an apartment for rent in Remraam today!
