Inner circle building, best location in all of Remraam
I moved here 6 months ago and I have especially enjoyed the location! Carrefour, the pool, basketball and tennis courts are less than a minute walk. The view from my balcony is on the inner circle park with the pool, and at a distance you can see the upcoming Dubai Golf City which already has a lot of greenery.
The flats are spacious and well-finished. Lots of built-in storage options make furnishing your home a breeze.
Nearby amenities include: Carrefour, laundry, barbershop, beauty salon, 3 large pools and finally a gym in Al Ramth. A school has recently opened as well.
Some negative points:
• Distance: (relatively) long drive, my commute is around 25 minutes to Media City
• Parking: if you're a household with two cars, you'll struggle to find additional permanent parking. If you're expecting guests, they'll struggle as well depending on the time of the day
