Our extremely spacious apartment is almost 50% larger than most apartments in the area – at about 3100 sq feet of living space, this home is equivalent to most 5 BRs listed in the Marina. There is also a spare bedroom with a pull out bed that can be used for sleeping. It is one of the last buildings in the Marina and hence has unobstructed views of the sea from the living room windows and balcony, kitchen and master bedroom balcony. Sitting out for your morning coffee could not be much better! Other rooms have partial sea view and Marina view.
With 24 hours security and two covered parking spots, your peace of mind is guaranteed – for self and your vehicles. Other amenities include a gym, sauna and an open air, temperature-controlled swimming pool.

The living/dining area is very spacious and has modern amenities (Flat screen TV, IPTV box, voice activated Alexa speaker). Add to that the ability to control most of the home’s lights and ALL ACs with the smart tablet and smart switch provided in the living area – how can holidays get any lazier?!

For the intellectually inclined we have included a chess corner too – welcome Mr. Karpov!

The kitchen is fully fitted with German wizardry which need to be explored to see the attention to detail in making it really convenient for the guest – a pantry, freezer, fridge, dishwasher are all there – hidden out of sight. The touch panel microwave and electric stove + the large oven mean that you are self sufficient when it comes to cooking as all the required utensils, accessories etc are also provided. Expected utilities like a toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. are all there.

Alternately, order from multiple restaurants nearby – SE Asian, Arabic, Greek, Western, Indian and Italian cuisine are all within 500m from this place. With Wyndham and Rove hotels next door, you have options to wet your throat without breaking a sweat! (Delivery apps are the holiday makers dream too!)

For entertainment at home, all glassware is also included.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

All bedrooms are en-suite and have all the amenities – the master bedroom also has a jacuzzi!.

Ample charging points in the house ensure no one’s gadgets are deprived of power!

The washing machine and an additional fridge are in the ante room (which can sleep an additional two people).

We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket (large one in the building itself).

You also have 2 private car parking space with 24Hrs security guaranteed for your peace of mind. There is a large supermarket in the building as well as other useful shops in the surrounding area. There is a laundry, salons, a French Bakery, Car Hire, etc in the buildings next door. The Marina promenade is just across the street – great for evening walks or early morning runs (in case you are the fitness kind!)
