KG Tower

A very true review, unfortunately the traffic is bad and congested after sitting in traffic to get out for 3 hours on the weekends and unable to leave to go out during the weekday nights unless willing to sit another 1 hour at least in the traffic. Building is older but decent size however some problems here and there in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would have never moved if I had known the truth about the traffic.

The worst traffic I have ever experienced, on weekends during peak time at least around 2 hours to get out of the Marina, every afternoon/night extremely bad traffic around 1hour, during the week days around a 45min wait. Constant cars honking in anger due to the traffic not moving. The mosque during the night and early hours of the morning is heard.

Good building with chill free and very good position in Dubai Marina Quay, where you can walk/run/bike, whatever fancy you using the lovely 7 km of pedestrian walk Dubai Marina Walk. 7 minutes walking distance to JBR beach and 2 minutes walking to Choitram supermarket. Low noise as the street has one way and short drive distance to SZRoad. I was satisfied with the large and light rooms the apartments has. Maintenance team in the building providing good AC maintenance. Leisure facilities like restaurants, coffee shops, beach, supermarkets, sport facilities, medical clinics, pharmacies, kindergarten, malls, banks are there etc.

I've lived here since 2016. At first traffic was bad because of construction on Blue Island, but now it has become normal again. Staff are very helpful and excellent pool, games and gym areas. Wide underground parking. Only issue is at times guest have to wait a while on the street to find a spot.

I am living in this tower for 6 years in a 2 bedroom plus maid and I am happy with KG Tower building. What is special is the size of the rooms, which is considerable bigger than most of Dubai Marina Towers. Quite spacious balconies as well. Chill free tower, another advantage. The gym room is large and has a wide variety of fitness machines. KG tower is located on Dubai marina walk and at only 5-10 minutes walk to JBR beach and all the touristic facilities. All apartments are facing Marina Quay water canal. Big Choitram supermarket near the building and plenty of restaurants and other entertainment facilities on Marina walk or to the very near located JBR. A special maintenance team that is located in the building, that means any time you I have a small problem they are ready to help at affordable prices. Exit 29 on SZR at only 4-5 minutes drive in normal traffic. All the neighborhood buildings are finished, that means no particular noise.
