Al Thuriah began as a dream project between two friends Sheikh Majid Bin Hamad Al Qassimi and Engineer Raymond Khouzami in April 1996. What was once a humble contracting firm grew over the years into an integrated real estate family in Sharjah. Al Thuriah Construction’s humble beginnings as a contracting company started in 1996, when its first project was building the school fence of Lycee Libanais Francophone Prive in Dubai.
Back then, the company’s focus was on constructing and developing low-storey buildings and small plots in Dubai and Sharjah.
Among the company’s many milestones was the establishment of Al Thuriah Properties in 2004, which rose as a leading property developer. Their portfolio includes exceptional residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Their first residential project was Sahara Tower 1, the first residential tower of Sahara Complex, a 6-building compound in Al Nahda Sharjah. Other notable developments by them are the 3 high-rise Future Towers in Al Khan.
