About Al Qusais
Al Qusais is one of the largest and oldest neighborhoods in Dubai. Located on the east side of the emirate, it borders Al Nahda, Deira, and Al Twar, and is close to Sharjah and Dubai International Airport.

The community is split into two main areas – Al Qusais Residential Area and Al Qusais Industrial Area. The residential area is divided into 3 subcommunities: Al Qusais 1, Al Qusais 2, Al Qusais 3, while the industrial area is divided into 5. Al Qusais Industrial Area lies along the Dubai-Sharjah border.
Al Qusais Location
Al Qusais is located on the east side of Dubai bordering the Al Nahda, Deira, and Al Twar districts. Towards the east is Muhaisnah, Deira is on the west, Al Nahda is to the north, and Al Twar is to the south.
It’s close to the Dubai International Airport, Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA), Port Saeed district, and the emirate of Sharjah.
Al Qusais lies along Baghdad Street, bordered by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Beirut Street (D62).

Residential properties in Al Qusais mainly consist of studios and 1 - 3 bedroom apartments in low and mid-rise buildings. Many of these properties are quite affordable, making them popular among those looking for cheap flats for rent in Dubai.

Parking and Transportation in Al Qusais
5 metro stations on the Green Line are located in Al Qusais. These are Etisalat, Al Qusais Station, Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA), Stadium, and Al Nahda.
There are also extensive bus and taxi services in Al Qusais.
With regards to parking, it’s usually not an issue thanks to the wide streets in the area. Residents in apartment buildings get dedicated parking spaces, while visitors must use street parking.
