ShanI recently had the unfortunate experience of residing in this apartment. Not only did they unjustly increase the rent with minimal notice, but the building was infested with roaches, making it an unpleasant living environment. The gym equipment was outdated and poorly maintained, reflecting the overall neglect of the property. The piping system consistently caused issues, leading to frequent disruptions. To make matters worse, the owner displayed a blatant disregard for tenant concerns, showcasing a level of ignorance that made the living situation even more frustrating. Steer clear of this place if you value your peace of mind and comfort. Adding to the list of grievances, the elevator in the building was poorly maintained and often dirty, creating an inconvenience for residents. The hallways were filled with disruptive kids, making it difficult for others to enjoy a peaceful living space. The promised spa and sauna amenities were consistently out of order, and the pool resembled more of a health hazard than a leisure spot due to its dirty conditions. The overall lack of maintenance and disregard for resident comfort in this apartment complex is disheartening.

Arsh S.One of the best buildings on the properties. Al Baker Real Estate. Was associated with the chain of Al Baker Real Estate building for 14 years in one of their buildings (AB PLAZA#4). Maintenance is excellent and is immediately attended same day if possible but otherwise next day depending on the situation. The building is kept sparkly cleaned throughout the day by the cleaners who are always seen cleaning the floor, and walls, polishing lifts, clearing garbage, cleaning the basement, and biweekly washing the basement parking, diligent and exceptionally friendly security staff, etc and the real estate agent. No complaints as such. Best place within the rental slab. Was extremely difficult to vacate the place as I had to go back home.

There is no guest parking or even parking for children bikes. Rooms are spacious and with built in wardrobes but everything gets spoiled when it comes to poor maintenance

Not good quality flooring (uneven at many places) and painting. We have lived in single, double and three bedroom flats in this building for the last 14 years.
