Armada Tower 3

It’s a very nice place with a great accessibility for transportation. There is a Costa coffee in basement and 2 International social bar with a live music once a week. The apartment is very silent. This is place is highly recommend for people who have pets with plenty of space and amazing views.

My husband and I have chosen to renew our contract although the rental fees have increased in recent months. The location of the building is convenient for both us and fun for our kids as it is close to the park. The corridors are clean and bright. The reception staff are friendly. I don't like the gym as much since the machines are relatively old. We live on a higher floor with an eye-catching view, facing the sunrise in the morning.

Armada 3 is a great place to live. The location is fantastic. Close to the park, metro, shops, and all facilities of JLT. The building is well-maintained and clean. Chiller is free and it is freezing cold. Apartments are bright with great views on both sides of the building.

Cluster P is only 8 minutes away from Sobha metro station. Armada Towers are next to JLT Park which is the biggest in the area. Parents and pet owners would love the location. In this cluster, you will find all these shops: Viva and Carrefoure, Pharmacy, Barbershop, Costa Cafe, MMI liquor store, laundry, Armada Clinic, and Armada Hotel which has two bars and one restaurant. Building Maintenance has improved in recent years. The corridors are bright and clean. Five high-speed elevators plus one cargo elevator work all the time. There is plenty of RTA parking space for the guests. Things I don't like about Armada 3: The pool has been recently renovated but it is a normal pool, not a 5 star hotel pool. The gym is not well equipped. The lobby furniture is very normal.

The tower has excellent location with parks one step away, but in wrong hands, service is terrible. Corridors are dark and building didn't upgrade the cable to optical fiber, I had been informed it is the only cluster with "OLD" system cable in JLT, so internet speed is slow no matter which package you paid for. Corridors are dark, not clean.

Very good location and so convenient for professionals . Carrforue supermarket and salons and parks are just down the building. the best thing is the metro is few steps away from you.

The maintenance and security of building is terrible. Days ago s tranger was trying to break the door in the morning at 6. Corridor was too dark and even the face was not readable plus the man had face mask. Main entrance was without control and no access system used since ever. It was not acceptable!

I am living here since 2 years the tower is very well located and close to shops. I highly recommend it as it offers the best value for money.

I have been a resident in this building for 3 years, I can say that I have very limited complaints about the maintenance of my unit and the over all facility, very decent security and cleanliness level, location is premium with direct access to almost every daily need, from amazing park to many groceries to clinic and health care to restaurants and cafes..it is super safe and convenient for my kids to go by themselves to the park and play, my unit is so bright and the finishing inside was premium much better than other neighboring buildings, it has good climate isolation so we never feel the outside temperature except when we open the windows The only complaint I see is that the gym and pool facility need more attention and investment from The management
