Icon Tower 1

I lived in Icon Tower 1 with my family for 5 years, very good tower, and very good bulding managment, I think now after the construction in the next cluster had finished its even more convenient for families.

Really nice building. With a great managment team and security as well. They are always respond in case you need anything. Very important, they not allowing sharing. Mostly family lives inside. Apartment is very quiet, because of thick concrete walls. Cleanliness is at a high level...

I'm living in this tower for 3 years in a 1 bedroom apartment and I'm happy with icon 1 tower. what is special is the size of the rooms , which is considerable bigger than most of JLT towers . Quite spacious balconies as well. The gym is large and has a wide variety of fitness machines and swimming poll always clean. All the neighborhood buildings are finished that means no particular noise.

wonderful location ,amazing view on canal and burj khalifa, many resturants ,bars,supermarket ,5 stare hotel in the area , i love walking on canal side specially at night.

I moved in being promised it was a quite, respectful building, where managers and security would be available to assist any time. A few weeks in to my contract, the building is continuously having issues, from water leaks, to cockroaches, mold, smells, constant drilling works all hours of the day and NIGHT!!!! If you try to complain, security don’t answer the phone and completely disrespect and ignore you, managers ignore you and make excuses, and Sameh who is the Maintanance guy, is rude. He acts like he owns the building but is just a worker, who uses inappropriate language, screams, closes doors on tenants faces. Never in my 12 years in Dubai have I ever experienced living in such an aweful building. Please don’t waste you hard earned money on a apartment which you can’t call home and cannot find peace in.

Good peaceful place. Family building. Good maintenance & security. Ample parking space for guest

Solid concrete walls (not gypsum boards) which is important for privacy and it's also very clean building One of the better building in terms of Maintenance and friendly staff

Nice quiet family building with good security and building staff. Cleanliness well maintained.
