Concorde Tower

Large modern with spectacular views, chiller free, easy access to the building close to sheikh zayed road and metro and tram , jbr beach is very near as well

Initially I moved into the building when I was a bachelor, it was a good experience. I left Dubai, came back and moved to a different building, but when my family joined me, I decided that I need to move back to this building again and I am very happy and satisfied as before.

Two years plus now in Concorde tower excellent staff service well maintained tower

Concorde Tower is one of the best towers in JLT. It is very well maintained. All the common areas and facilities are very nice and well maintained. The staffs are very helpful and very reactive. The views are amazing from all sides of the building, and there is no construction going on around. So it is a very peaceful building. I definitely recommend it!

Quiet and well maintained building and floors.Free parking for visitors.Metro is a 8-10 minute walk.Lot of cafe's and places to eat around.No construction going around the towers.The lake views and the rear side views are nice and serene.The management staff is friendly and helpful.

Quiet apartments with thick walls which is a noticeable difference from Shoreline on Palm where you can hear neighbours talking. Easy and free visitor parking, 3 towers space for single tower and no time limit like there is in every other cluster. No construction around so quiet - surrounding plots not been worked on for many years. Maintenance is good all 4 lifts just had cables replaced which is an expensive job. Facilities are decent and plans approved to add second cardio gym next to pool in addition to current gym in 2017. Rooftop pool is deep and long enough to do lengths in, new heater/chiller being installed. Great lake views which is the only lake maintained with chlorine each week as overlooked by DMCC HQ. Added bonus of glass and concrete construction so service fee not increased on high insurance for flammable plastic cladding like many other buildings.

One of best towers in JLT with good views over lake & walkways. Pets friendly. Jogging and biking friendly. Plenty of dining options

They should provide free parking space for visitors.

Very noisy all around the building because of the construction.
