Lake View Tower

I have been in this tower for almost 3 years and I love it .. great relaxing lake views especially on the lower floors. Very friendly staff. Quality of neighbours is pleasant as well :)

The building is aging but the apartments size offered are larger than the newer buildings. The access is easy and there are paid parkings around the cluster.

Very convenient access for driving out, walking to metro or marina by crossing bridge. Amazing view, if you are at high floor one bedroom(full lake and marina view), especially in the evening, Alma’s tower is stunning. Metropolitan feel, recalls my hometown. Thanks to Damac design; Like the big balcony and bathroom with additional shower room, feel upgraded.

For the price you are getting for this building, it is easily the best building in JLT. Really enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone.

I lived in this building for more than 3 years and I can find all the comforts of a deluxe property in the area, well maintained building, visitor parking is a major problem, but other than that it's a great place for family

As has been written before the location is good to get onto most of the bigger access roads/metro. There is construction on the opposite sides (if looking at the lake) but some of this is coming to an end. The two ghost buildings mean that it has free visitor parking (although people use it during the week for the metro), its usually not so full in the evenings & weekends. A good mixture of residents - families/couples/singles. With good amenities very close - bars/restaurants/shops. If you have a 2 bedroom, the balconies are big - like an extra room.

Ageing building, apartment internals need a refit! Beware of dormant apartments not rented for month as once you start the dewa the gremlins appear.

Lived there for 3 years and I liked it so much that I bought an apartment there as well. Located in the best side of JLT (easy access to and from SHZ), quiet, nice big pool with BBQ area and friendly neighbors. Loads of free parking unlike in other clusters, Carrefour and Almas tower just 2 min walk away. If you are renting, it's best to take a higher floor with a lake view side (to minimize the noise). The only downside is the construction noise in nearby cluster which hopefully should finish soon.

I lived in this Building for a year, and left a month before my lease was over because it was that horrible. The shower had murky rusty water, houses old and dirty, elevators always packed, poor maintenance as the building was always smelly and dirty, very rude security, noisy, I couldn’t even use the balcony, lots of bugs.

Well maintained building in a great location ! There are a lot of nice restaurants around and a play area for kids in addition to a walking space for your pets !
