Poor maintained old building
Building is now showing age, A/C system no matter how frequently cleaned is mouldy within weeks as you get the air from other dirty apartments. Water heaters only last 6 months due to poor water systems. Gym not included in rent, residents pool gets no sun and recent renovation is low quality.

Declining quality
Having lived here 6 years, unfortunately the building is starting to show its age with constant a/c, mold issues. The lack of logic behind maintenance decisions is very poor…eg deciding to close the pool in October for 2 months of maintenance, when it could have been completed in the quiet summer months. Lack of parking for visitors. Apartments are a great size, but the pro of that is now becoming outweighed by the cons. Used to be a great tower, now is only worth the average of JLT.

Very bad maintenance
The reason i wrote this review is because of the maintenance, i can easily say that's the worst building maintenance i have seen in dubai for the last 15 years, unprofessional staff who got no escalation point ! Imagine having a water leakage for 3 months and maintenance team keep informing me that they can't fix anything without them sharing a quote with me first which they never did ... finally i am out of this building !

Great Tower and Location
Very spacious apartments. Hotel style maintenance (much improved over the years, I have been living here for 6). The construction site across the lake is now complete so no more noise. Guest services include pet sitting (very affordable compared to outside services), laundry and anything else you can think of. I can't think of a place that offers better value for money in terms of size, quality, and location.

One of the best buildings in Marina
1. Part of the hotel - beautiful lobby. Guests are always impressed when they visit you as the impression is that you stay in a 5 star hotel. 2. Solid and square quality of construction: this is one of the most solidly constructed buildings, possibly because of the hotel association 3. Professional reception: it being a part of the hotel, the quality maintained even for the resident reception is nice and professional 4. nice views - you see sun rise and sun set from the same apartment 5. Professionally managed Gym, while there is a charge for gym, it is very reasonable for residents and the gym is a proper hotel gym with equipments and trainer unlike free gyms where half of the weights are not there and maintenance is bad

Great place
I have been living here for 1 year and everything is perfect, the area is close to everything, the maintenance of the building is professional and ready to help you at any time. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time. I am satisfied with all the facilities

Hands down the best building in JLT
This is one of the very few buildings in JLT which is worthwhile. We have been living here for 5 years and the maintenance has improved considerably. The lobby is shared with hotel Movenpick and so is top-notch. Apartments are bright and spacious. There is no traffic at all, and so I would pick this particular cluster over Dubai Marina any day.

Not that good
Stayed there for couple of years, although apartments are bigger than average but there are few notes to consider 1- Building maintenance is really bad, common issues with AC and water leakage, you need to get external chargeable contractors which even reception provide their number! 2- Staff is ok but not very professional over the calls 3- There is building under construction on the other side of the lake, sound is horrible all day 4- There is no GYM for residents, the one there is for the hotel which is very expensive to have residence membership 5- Because it is hotel so traffic is always super busy on weekend nights 6- No free guest parking

Beautiful tower and location
I like the clean smell of brome when entering the tower. It is one of the few places where it feels like a hotel as you step in. Some units have an exceptional, unobstructed view which is a plus. It's extremely lively, and while the maintenance can be a little busy at times, I found it more useful than other towers in JLT, and got the job done for a decent price. The limited number of elevators is compensated by the fact that they separated lifts for servicing, hotel guests, and residents into 3 distinct space, which means I usually wait about 30 seconds max to get a lift as a resident. Staff at the reception is friendly and organized. The gym & pool are excellent, but only put 4 stars because while the pool is freely available to residents, the gym has a separate cost.

Horrible maintenance
Stayed there for 3 years and finally left because of the maintenance; don't get surprised when that tower maintenance team tell you that they don't know how to fix your electric issue or other issues and ask you to contact 3rd parties for charge; all what they can fix is light bulbs which they sell for 5 times more than the market price ! Only 3 lifts available and always at least one of them is out of service and takes at least 2 months to get fixed. Reception staff is ok but they don't know how to escalate when you have something urgent. GYM is not for free; and no guest parking; the rooms sizes are ok but not a reason to stay in that tower at all !
