The location of the building is perfect and can easily be located. Lots of amenities like building pantry, designated smoking room, meeting rooms, prayer rooms etc. The building is well-secured and properly maintained. Many parking spaces are near within the building radius. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best towers that are in the marina, access is very easy. The guest parking is very easy. Very helpful staff and super nice well-maintained units.

This is one of the oldest buildings in Dubai Media City but still with great built and amenities. Accessible to the nearest metro station and bus stops. The surrounding is quiet and close to nearby hotels like Radisson Blue & Media One Hotel.
