Amazing place where to stay....wonderful location...nice units' layout....good facilities...nice landscape...good management...good maintenance... In two words: Simply amazing.....

I like the apartment of this building it's really good and comfortable nice view and much more. This place is one of the best area where everyone like to have their room. The night view is really awesome over here.

Princess tower is one of nicest buildings in Dubai Marina but the traffic around is ridiculous

Great facilities, friendly staff and very well maintained. Access to metro and tram is fantastic. Middle of everything.

Stayed here on short term rent for 3 months. All the nice facilities inside the building. nA little expensive compared to other towers in Marina.

This tower is amazing, it is always so clean and attentively maintained. Location is TOP 10-15 min to the Palm, Burj Al Arab, Mall of the Emarates. 25 min to Burj Kalifa. Facilities are top. 2 swimming pools, hot jacuzzi, 2 fitness rooms, yoga studio, saunas. Front side Appartments with stunning sea view. High floors views are the best. Unlimited Visitors parking is available in green parking in Marina Gates. Air conditioning is always being cleaned building contractors. Very safe place to families and children. Walking distance to the beach.

You can rarely meet the residential building in Dubai of this high standards. Always very clean and well maintained. Amazing sea view and sunset location . 24h concierge service, 24h porter service. Amazing wellness facilities. Good both for families and for bachelors. You don’t need a car as it is walking distance to a beach, walking distance to groceries and metro. Not many things that I would improve. But one of those is traffic became quite busy at the corner of the building. That is no issue if you compare with such megapolis as NY.

Outside pool is very nice, but too small to swim inside. Gyms are nice and not crowded usually, but staff close them at 10 PM what is disadvantage for me.
