Just rented a large 2bed and the view is spectacular. bright and light apartment. Facilities are fantastic and with guest parking and kids play area its a great family friendly building. Highly recommend living here. Premium property and it shows with the people that life here as well.

Park Island is probably the best development in the Marina. Right behind JBR, 5 min walk from the beach and great for joggers on the promenade with direct access. Have not seen such a pool anywhere in Marina, gym is good too. Due to central location maybe a bit noisy at times especially with some boys showing off their lambos! In the building, there is a supermarket, barber and around 5 choices of restaurant including Italian, Massimo and Lebanese - Moms Food. Supermarket also amended as well as dry clean. Spent 4 years without any problems, strongly recommended!

This is is one of the best buildings in the entire Marina, I have visited almost all, building maintenance is good and is managed by EMAAR. Security is good yet CCTV is not available on every floor. Located right in the middle of the marina and JBR with hundreds of dining options right next door including direct access to the Marina, beach across the road as well as tram. Can be a bit noisy due to central location. Guest parking can be a challenge. Also very pet friendly for dog lovers.
