The building is well-maintained, it’s closer to metro and tram so a good option for those who prefer public transport. I have been living here for the past 6 months, so far I haven’t had any issues. The maintained team is responsive.

Conveniently located right next to the metro and tram station. Security is very responsible and reacts quickly for any issue. The building is kept very clean. The noise is at good level considering location, It has amazing pool and gym with very nice view. The pool area has plenty of space for kids, family gatherings and barbecue. Micro location of the building is perfect as it has very easy access from any direction by car and its easy to go back to Sheikh Zayed road. Marina walk is behind the building and it takes 10 minutes walk to the mall or to the beach. There is plenty of public parking space behind the building.
