Marina Crown

Marina Crown tower has been recently renovated in the common area like Reception desk, entrance hall, elevators , gym etc...Now it is perfect for my vacation thanks to its "new look" and specially for its security team , and perfect cleanliness . The locationof Marina Crown is one of the best of Dubai Marina and Carrefour supermarket is just there at the corner (open 24/24-7/7 ) .

It is a good building but you have to wait for a minute or more for the elevator + It's kind of a shared apartment building and not suitable for families.

I had great time in this building,, so close to the tram and facilities. Very clean nice pool and view

The buildings is nice well maintained very good location next to the tram, but unfortunately the parking is full of water most of the time and smells bad, good lifts, good security but the gym is very small the pool ok.

Marina Crown tower has a good location. The team of the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. All the common areas are clean and well maintained. I am glad to own a 1BR here.

Very nice Building, , recently upgraded Lobby , luxury design , fantastic view,, easy access to beach, Dubai Harbor, Dubai sky diving , Dubai Marina Mall , Media city , JBR, ShZ road, next to Dubai Tram, and so many attractive places Carrfour supermarket is under the Marina Crown and I am very happy to easy grocery shopping .

All the other aspects (horrible building management, leaking pipes, noise) I can accept and live with. But the smell from the ac literally makes me gag. Sometimes I cry myself to sleep at night because all my clothes smell so bad my friends are calling me the garbage man. Any cup of water left on the table for one hour will taste like garbage, but putting a lid on it helps. Living in this building made me question my life choices (did I really came to Dubai to live on a landfill site?). If I could give you a little piece of advice it would be: run, don’t look back, ignore the screams and just, run. New entrance looks decent though

Building looks fantastic inside. Newly renovated, I have never seen traffic jams and I can freely get home during rush hour, the supermarket is 24/7 downstairs, pharmacy, atm, tram... all within walking distance. Beaches in walking distance!! Free AC, great security, 7 fast lifts, very small dewa bills and the best layout! Comparing with neighboring buildings it is one of the best I can say

Stayed there for 2 years, near to all places that wabted to near to. Marina walk, beach, shopping all in walking distances.

Love to living in Marina Crown , great location, Carerfour market is below , walking distance to everywhere like beaches , Marina walk , Media city , Sky diving , clubs , Dubai Tramp. Marina Crown has 7 elevators , strong building , 24/7 security .... for me is fantastic place.
