This building has been taken over by Saga management and they have revamped the building. Now there's regular maintenance over 18 months and brand new chiller installed and daily cleaning. Junk tower. Traffic is the WORST in marina . Parking spaces too small . You have to beep your horn to have a guy open the gates ; mold is everywhere; there is no gym; pool always closed . The noise is horrendous . Lots of trouble in the building . Most apartments are partitioned . Constant parties and bad behavior . Security are rude . No lobby . I could go on and on . Be warned .

After the new management this building has changed a lot, good maintainace and staff responding quickly, big super market on the ground floor the building, walking distance to metro and marina walk, easy on packet as well, over all great value for money

The new management is doing a great job to bring back this building to good condition. Many apartments have been overcrowded, but new access card has limit the access to these illigal tenants. Many bad reviews lately are because of illigal tenants that don't have access and they are angry. The processes of maintaining the building are great with frequently cleaning and maintaining the building with good information to the owners.

I lived here for a year and did not have a good experience at all. The building is pretty old and not well maintained. There’s mold everywhere in the lobbies and in the apartments too and if you are facing JLT side you’ll get a lot of noise from the next building. Also the AC doesn’t work properly in peak summer. There’s no pool and gym so that’s a big downer. That’s why it’s relatively cheap. The only good thing about the building is it’s close to Marina. So if you don’t mid all the issues you can live here.

Great Marina views and access to commercial points in Marina like marina mall metro tram and walk. Very easy on pocket and the building has turned around after new property management company

Good Value for money - Good location. Close to the metro and ideal for a short budget friendly stay

Escan Tower is a good building with all basic facilities good security and regular maintenance in Marina. With a Super market, Almaya in the building it also has good access to metro, marina walk and other amenities

There are 4 elevators and 2 of them are not working and the management didn’t do nothing for more than 2 weeks. Is super cheap and very bad Ac.
