Super friendly environment !! Safe for kids with appropriate security measures... perfect bundle with pool kids activities and gym everything is available within the property and maintenance is very clean and hygienic!!

The building area is very awesome. Even the staff and maintenance team are on time. It's good.

I would consider this the best tower in Marina because of multiple factors: fantastic swimming pool area, marble everywhere, excellent location, and great management.

i have been living in dubai marina for the 6 years different towers , i recently bought my house in damac heights , and i can never complain , beautiful views and very good quality and best facilities i have ever seen over dubai marina , i have been into many buildings in marina but nothing like damac heights , management are very responsive and stuff working is very friendly. love it here and i don't think i will ever move to somewhere else

I lived there its very secure all stuff friendly and there is bellboy help you alwaye . Also the sea view very amazing you can see the sunset and fireworks There is no noise because of double glass and parking they can allow the visitor to come inside by permission . I very recommend last thing the delivery for allresturant can reach you easily

Probably one of the best facilities in Dubai Marina. However, most flats have weird layouts, not easy to work around. No noise on the marina side but sea view is right next to a construction site so wouldn't recommend. No guest parking..

Nice pool and spa areas. Gym not great but better than nothing. Games room and cinema add a touch of class. Apartments themselves are good but many issues with stinking drains, leaks and poor electrical specification. Probably the highest spec building I've lived in, but with the poorest quality finish in apartments. Overall reasonably good place to live, nice location not too noisy not overly quiet/boring. Buidling noise from Marina Gate not good but nearly finished now...

Great location, maybe the best facilities and high standard building in marina.

Good Building overall Pro- Affordable, Finishing, Good Views, Great Facilities Con- Traffic sometimes at rush hour

Good Tower. Friendly Staff and Neighborhood. 5 Star Facilities. Affordable compare to the overpriced Marina Gate
