Bay Central West

Staff is great, the gym is a bit outdated and essential equipment is missing. A bit of noise if the apt is on the road side but you are getting used to it. The worst thing is that the building management is still working with zenner (the worst AC provider in DUB) even though everyone is complaining about it.

This is a great building and very conveniently located. The staff a very friendly and helpful. After living here for 4 years the building management have appointed a company called Zenner to manage our a/c. They have been nothing but a disaster and constantly threatening to disconnect the a/c. The reviews of the company is also bad and we would not be living in any building that has Zenner managing anything.

Great location, great views, great pool area and gym. We lived here for several years and would definetely recommend it.

A well managed apartment in a great location with lovely Marina views, nice decor & a helpful management team on hand. Walking distance to beach & all essential shops! Would definitely return!!

The apartment is very well located close to beach & shops/mall with fantastic marina views, perfect accommodation for holiday or to live & nicely decorated unlike many i have stayed in! Downside is the parking one is allocated but guests are charged but from experience most apartment blocks are doing the same.

Bay Central buildings are very well located, the traffic is good but the walls and the windows have poor noise isolation, so you can hear neighbors on the balcony or when they play music. The facilities are great. Guest parking is terrible, guests can park inside the building but they have to pay 10aed/hour.

I moved here with my family 2 months ago and I really love this place. Gym and pool are awesome, lifts are very fast so you do not need to wait for long time, they have kids playground at common area and kids pool. Cons about this place are that some people do not know how to turn on kitchen exhaust, so false fire alarms happen very often, sometimes it smells like sewers in apartment.

I lived in this building for about two years Big swimming pool, always clean! Gymnasium with new equipment, friendly staff. The only negative - guest parking, he was often busy, when guests came, sometimes there were problems with parking

Constant sewage smell in apartment from kitchen sink and through air conditioning vents. Also in hallways. Maintenance personnel told me that i am in fact smelling a sewage scent from the air conditioning. There are also a constant problems with knats in the hallway, getting into the apartment.

Fantastic position on the marina and right next to JBR. Security is great and maintenance is responsive to requests. Lovely buzzing atmosphere around the tower. Lovely walks on Marina Walk!
