Very dated building in desperate need of modernisation especially the apartments which are so old inside. Good location but very noisy especially at weekends from all the traffic and people reviving their car engines. Staff very good, pool very nice but the gym needs updating, the equipment is very old now and often breaks down.

I lived here for 5 years and enjoyed every day. this building has the best location with easy access (no car) needed to: JBR, Marina walk, Light Tram, restaurants. all within 5-10 walking distance. The best part is car access from Dubai is easy in &out since it is on the corner

Spacious apartments (Emaar build), with a nice view on the Marina, and very conveniently located (walking distance to JBR, the Marina Mall, JLT Metro).

I am living in this tower since 3 years. The apartments are very spacious and the tower is well maintained. You only take 10 min to the beach or mal walking and have direct access to the promenade. Facilities are well maintained and the view from the bbq and the pool over the marina is stunning. Traffic and car noise can be an issue like in all other places in marina. They even have guest parking which is a blessing in the marina. In summary its a beautiful property.

I love the building itself but the traffic and honking is terrible every single weekend. Also there is a construction just in front of the building works 7/24, impossible to sleep and rest

Great apartments well maintained by Emaar group in an unbeatable marina location. Not the most luxurious but with everything you need and top class facilities that make it homely.

its so child friendly theirs a cinema playroom gym and pool so nice and this flat is amazing

Emaar buildings that are kept in good condition, and well run. The pool deck has just had the brick wall removed and replaced with glass for Marina view, and the decking fully upgraded. Has a squash court, gym, pool, kids party room and DVD room. It is a few mins walk to beach, cinema and shops. 15 mins to Metro station and Pier 7 / marina mall. Easy to get out of, since its a left turn across the bridge and out of marina. Easy to get in to since its last exit from SZR to marina, one set of light and right turn to park. Can be a bit loud with cars / horns, so choose the unit with care. But you eventually adjust to the soundscape, and it's not such a problem. Hard to get a lot better, could easily be a lot worse :)

Motorcycles, sports cars, and people honking behind the traffic light, 3 am in the morning every single weekend. I like the building but the noise is making it unlivable.

By far the best location and building in the Marina. The proximity to the beach and the restaurants and also Marina mall is 5 mins walk away. Access to Sheikh Zayed Road is 2 min and only one traffic light.
