Al Majara 2

Lived here for almost 8 years. Always stayed in Marina for the last 15 years, but fell in love with the Al Majara community. As it is Emaar the public areas are large and well maintained. The location is perfect in relation to the main road as well as Marina Mall. Highly recommend.

Me and my wife bought a nice 2 bed about a year ago. They upgraded the guest parking recently and continue to improve the buildings. We really enjoy the building and it'd location. Highly recommend living here.

Love it here! We recently bought a 3 bedroom with marina view and enjoying the sunsets is amazing. Community is super and easy to move around to the key places around the marina and to the main highway.

Emaar has been stepping up with making renovations to the community. Long needed. It really looks great now. We lived here since 2016 and it's just getting better now that changes to the guest parking and facilities are being made. GYM is one of the best features with full marina view and recently renewed equipment.

Great views and super location. As a family we have enjoyed living here. Good security and great facilties. Easy in and out to the highway. Overall 5/5 for us.

Honestly, as a long time tenant of a 2 bed facing marina we could not be happier with the location. Kids love the pool and in comparison to other locations in Marina this has the least traffic issues and building issues. Wonderful experience till sofar.

Wonderful place. We have lived in AM2 for over 6 years and the location is brilliant. No noise from traffic and close to all the key locations in marina. Easy access and rarely traffic.

Been a tenant over the last 10 years in Al Majara 2 and recently bought a place there. I like the community and the location the most. It's ideal for you to do all you errands without having to use the car. Pool and facilities are great. there is even a coffee shop and restaurant within the community.

Amazing views, direct access to the promenade and just 5 minutes walk to the marina mall. Beautiful open spaces in common areas with water features. All well maintained. The only downside is the visitor's parking is not too big and on weekends is hard to find a spot if you have someone coming, although parking on the street is available.
