D1 Tower

You will regret your stay.. as you will forget how to sleep because of the loud music from versace

D1 is one of the Best well maintained bldgs in Dubai with lots of facilities

I have been in and out of many towers, my experience is diverse as some towers are simply made once and never properly looked after and there are a few that do have decent maintenance but are slow to process and identify things. However, D1 is in my own experience so well managed and made that everything about it exudes the perfectionism it wants to attain.

I am living in D1 tower from 5 years now and looked for other options on all around dubai including palm and Burj Khalifa. Nothing comes close to this tower. Super mentained and super looks. Versace next door is cherry on the cake. I dont know why some XXXXXX gave it a low rating.

I have been living in this building since 2014 and I am loving it. Arguably one of the best buildings in Dubai. Smack located on the Creek where nothing obstruct the view of the units facing the Creek. Quality of the building materials is excellent. Magnificent swimming pool and excellent recent and all day grocery store. Not to mention adjacent to the iconic Palazzio Versace with excellent resturants and night clubs.

I truly enjoy living in D1 Tower, I previously lived in Burj Khalifa but I admit D1 Tower is the best residential Tower & in fact the quality of the apartments is the best & I still continue to live in it since 2014.

Generally well maintained, very friendly and approachable service and concierge staff. Excellent pool, gym and facilities - possibly one of the best in Dubai. Only one major issue is the road leading to the building, basically only one road exiting from Al Khail Road leads you to the entrance of the building. This makes it super inconvenient and rather dangerous as drivers sometimes have to make some ridiculous turns to get around the building.

This is a fantastic building with great facilities. From the high end furnishings to the staff and facilities, this is one of the best residential buildings in Dubai.

Ultra luxury tower with class facilities. Valet parking for guests and direct access to Palazzo Versace hotel. Swimming pool and Gym is superb. Festivity City fountain show with amazing Creek views.

The nicest building in terms of community living that I have seen In Dubai. Strikes me how friendly people are in this building. The cafe downstairs is a delight alongside gym facilities second to none. I love it
