Grade A Building on the Canal directly. No common pool for the building. Gym available

bad traffic and fighting due to the mis managed valet causing traffic and people honking constantly. no guest parking and very relaxed building maintenance

No Gym & Swimming Pool but Building Quality and Maintenance is Amazing......!!

The building itself is nice and the apartments in it are bright and airy with varied layouts on each floor. However, noise is a problem especially if you are in one of the apartments front facing, construction noise goes on into (or all night), many cars coming and going from the restaurants downstairs and people honking their horns in the small hours! Access into the carpark is becoming worse due to restaurants and the valet who can't control the cars!

Living here has gotten progressively worse with construction in the area. Expect loud piling and truck noises throughout the day + with new restaurants downstairs expect congestion and guests honking all night.

The west wharf tower is brand new. Nice design and amazing view. Huge balcony and wonderful big windows. No pool no gym. And a lot of construction around.
