Great, quiet and green place to live
I love living in this gated community. The landscaping is great and there's a central park where we can unwind. It's also close to everything, the metro and the pavillion malls. Plus, it's very walkable and family friendly. Only downside is the construction of nearby properties and the lack of sound proofing.

Great Family oriented Community!
Well maintained garden with barbecue stands and a wonderful pool with pretty good play area. Never the less people are quite friendly!

Great place for your Home.
One of the best decision we took was to move in Masakin Al Furjan. Very few communities are so child friendly . Ample secured space for children to play in open area. Great infrastructure . Simply Amazing.

Amazing Infrastructure around MAF Metro Station, Road Connectivity, Gated Community, Safe Children Play Area, Club Pool Gym, British School , Al Furjan Pavilion with Entertainment, Sports, Restaurant & Bar, Medical Facilities

Great place to live and invest
MAF is unique Being gated community (safe and secure), family friendly, pet friendly, well managed and maintained development common areas, 24/7 security and reception services, has spacious apartments (Half of which have garden/pool view), has huge covered parking area for residents in the basement (keep cars protected from sun heat and weather conditions), has big common garden (includes green areas, children play areas, barbecue areas, seating benches, etc), close to Jebel Ali and other free zones (Dubai Marina, JBR, DIC, DMC, Knowledge Village etc), surrounded by multiple shopping malls/landmarks (Ibn Battuta Mall, Festival Plaza Mall, IKEA, ACE, etc), EXPO, near to Enoc petrol station that hosts “Tasjeel” car testing and registration service, adjacent to Al Furjan Metro Station (Route 2020), served by RTA bus service, easy to access with multiple entry and exit points (To/from Shaikh Zayed Road, Mohamed Bin Zayed Road, Al Yalayis Road, Garn Alsabkha Road), located in Al Furjan where Arbor School is, expected Arcadia school to open in less than 2 years, and is very close to schools of other nearby communities (DIP, Gardens, Tecom, etc), etc.
