Family oriented with chill neighborhood. Recommended area to live in as you are only 10min away from Marina, JBR, blue waters and Palm jumeirah. Also, great to invest in as yet not alot knows about this area.

Nice and peaceful but close the main road as well. Metro within walking distance . Lots of mini marts as well spinneys so easy to get top Arcadia school is due to open near by next year which will be a great things. People in the area and nice and friendly.

lovely quiet area, with gym, pool, supermarket, spinneys and shisha cafe and restaurant all near by. Arbor and Ghaf british school also near as well as a nursery in the furjan pavilion . It is the only villa community with metro within walking distance as well.
