• Finding Tenants – investigating the market for tenants and screening potential tenants
to fill vacant units in the shortest time possible and securing the best value for our clients
• Managing & renewing tenancy contracts – our agents send renewal reminders at least
90 days prior to lease expiry date, maximizing renewals before lease expiration and
ensuring thorough compliance with applicable legal rules and regulations
• Collection & follow-ups: we provide follow-up services in the event of non-renewal
before lease expiration, as well as follow-up assistance in cases of bounced cheque
• Legal assistance: we provide assistance in filing rent/police cases against defaulting
tenants, ensuring legal recourse and recovery of lost dues to the landlord
• Property inspection: monthly inspections are carried out on behalf of landlords to
ensure that the property remains in good condition and to report any issues that may
result in damage
Marketing
In order to facilitate our aim to secure deals within the shortest time periods possible, we keep
accurate records of all our listings, including, but not limited to, information about availability,
facilities, images and floor plans, dimensions, rental and purchase rates/payment plans, and
