Jumeirah Living
Valet, security, reception and maintenance staff, are the best you can meet, so helpful and so friendly. Don't ever rent or buy beyond 30th floor, as this part of building is only served by 2 elevators out of 4 and wait time is almost 10 minutes all day long, not only on peak hours. There is an extra service elevator but unfortunately you find staff bumping in normal guests ones... Now, reception is being remodelled, hopefully for thr better, but, half part has been closed for almost 4 months, and now the second half s started. Pool was renovated and was closed for almost 5 months And club house/ restaurant is still closed for maintenance and renovation, and in the meantime moved temporary to an appartment. It seems that time doesn't have a value for management, and pool was supposed to reopen in September, and was opened until now, mid December. Works go on so slow, and totally miscoordinated...
