Mudon is a gated community developed by Dubai Properties. ‘Mudon’ means ‘cities’ in Arabic, as the project was meant to be a massive development featuring multiple cities inspired by major Arabic cities in one city.
However, the plan changed due to the 2008 financial crisis, and now Mudon includes villas, townhouses, and apartments in various subcommunities.
It’s located in Dubailand at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road (E611). Thus, Mudon is close to landmarks like Al Qudra Lake, Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, and communities like DAMAC Hills, Remraam, Dubai Studio City, Arabian Ranches 2, and The Sustainable City.
