Al Jaddaf is a vibrant neighborhood located on the western side of Dubai, along the Dubai Creek. It is recognized for its rich cultural heritage and continuous development.
This area is home to significant projects such as the Dubai Culture Village (aka Jaddaf Waterfront), which serves as a hub for artistic expression and cultural exchange and offers luxurious waterfront properties, and Dubai Healthcare City phase 2, a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem.
Al Jaddaf's strategic location along the Dubai Creek enhances its appeal, making it a desirable destination for both residents and visitors. Its name literally translates to "The Rower" as it was used as a dhow building site and is also home to the Dubai Ship Docking Yard, known as Jadaf.
