Creek Metro Station is the closest stop, about a fifteen-minute walk or a short drive from the heart of the community, and Al Jadaf Metro Station, also on the Green Line, is a similar distance if you’re at the other end. Both connect straight to Deira, Bur Dubai, and Dubai Healthcare City without a transfer.
Taxis and ride-hailing through Careem and Uber are easy to find, with handy pickup points by the Al Jaddaf Rotana Suites, Barcelo Al Jaddaf, and Premier Inn. There are no bus stations within the community itself, so residents lean on the metro or ride-hailing for trips the trains don’t cover.
One of the best areas of Dubai - I lived here for around 4 years. Pretty good residential hub with many apartments and waterfront community. Easily accessible via Metro, couple of nearby attractions as well - Jameel Arts Centre, MBR Library etc. In short - a very easy to commute central location and quite ideal for young professionals and families. They even have a padel court and tennis court :D!

Perfect home for families! Great location close to Jaddaf Metro. Clean and quiet building. Spacious layout for 2 bhk. Convenient with a grocery store and laundry service down the building. Lots of free 24 hour parking spot beside the building.
