About Shining Towers
The Shining Towers stand tall in Al Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi. The complex is made up of two towers: a 33-floor residential building and a 42-floor commercial building.
These unique twisting towers appear to lean sideways and towards each other, creating an architectural spectacle that won them the GCC Tower of the Year award at Construction Week 2010.
Each tower has three basement levels, two podium levels, and one ground floor. The basement area is designated for parking spaces and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems while the ground floor hosts entrance lobbies, MEP stations, and retail shops.
