• Prepare sales proposals and renewal notice to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
• Coordinates with the Finance Departments on invoicing and payment follow ups.
• Coordinates with departments to resolves various issues, complaints and requirements of the tenants/guests.
• Follow-up with the customers regarding renewal and termination of lease.
